Salary: £90 £110 per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant / Grad TA to join an Ofsted rated Outstanding primary school in Bath.
This is a full-time role supporting pupils throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom, helping them to flourish academically, socially and emotionally within a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued.

The Role:
Graduate Teaching Assistant / Grad TA
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Helping to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
The Ideal Candidate:
Hold a Bachelors Degree with a strong academic track record
Has previous experience working with children in a primary school setting
Is patient, reliable and passionate about supporting young learners
Can work effectively as part of a team
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
