Shift Pattern: Waking Nights - 8:00pm to 9:00am

The Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker / Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents throughout the night. You'll provide reassurance, respond to any needs or incidents, and maintain a safe and settled environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and emotional support during waking night shifts
* Carry out regular checks to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents
* Support with personal care where required
* Accurately complete night records, logs, and handovers
* Respond appropriately to emergencies or changes in behaviour
* Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment overnight
