Job Title - Finance Administrator

Location - Aberdeen

Contract Type - Full-Time, 12-month FTC

Accountabilities

* Raises requisitions/GRNs for Group & Bus Divisions.
* Resolves invoice queries by liaising with AP, R2P, Procurement, suppliers, internal and external customers.
* Continuously looks to improve Invoice Automation rates.
* Reviews and updates internal processes and procedures.
* Ensures compliance with best practices within Financial Operations.
* Participates in the day-to-day operation of the team as directed by the Team Leader.
* Delivers effective service to internal and external customers.
* Adheres to Service Level Agreements, Task Level Descriptions (TLDs), and Key Performance Indicators.
* Maintains control and audit mechanisms in line with company policy.
* Coordinates with internal customers, group finance, auditors, and others as required.
* Provides strong customer focus and quality service as part of the team.

About You

* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
* Experience working with financial systems.
* Proficient with computers, including keyboard skills and email usage.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel.
