They are now seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about wellness, health, and holistic living to take ownership of brand growth, digital strategy, and customer/business acquisition, while leading a small, talented team!
Your new role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a smallpany environment, where you can shape strategy, roll up your sleeves, and make a visible impact. You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to build marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive revenue across courses, events, and subscriptions:
1. Lead day‑to‑day marketing activity across two wellness brands, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
2. Drive customer acquisition through effective digital campaigns and performance‑focused marketing.
3. Oversee content, copy, and creative output, working closely with an in‑house designer.
4. Manage a team of two, providing clear direction and structure.
5. Shape the overall marketing strategy while staying hands‑on with delivery when needed.
6. Monitor campaign results and use insights to refine activity and improve ROI.
7. Collaborate with founders and the wider team to deliver integrated, brand‑aligned campaigns.
8. Manage paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
9. Oversee SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns
10. Develop and implement strategies that balance awareness campaigns with direct-response, conversion-focused initiatives.
11. Identify new opportunities, channels, and ideas to elevate both brands.
What you'll need to succeed
12. Strong digital marketing experience across social, email and paid channels.
13. 5+ years experience in a similar broad generalist marketing role
14. Confidence owning strategy as well as hands‑on delivery.
15. Line management experience.
16. A data‑focused approach with an eye forpelling content.
17. Strong in copywriting or directing high‑quality content creation.
18. Familiar with CRM systems, ESPs, and modern website management tools.
19. Having experience with WordPress, Kajabi, and our ESP is a plus.
What you'll get in return
20. Salary: up to £55,000 (no bonus) + Private Health Insurance and Pension Scheme
21. Hybrid: 2 days in the South London office, 3 days WFH
