The Role:
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Youll be:
Speaking with customers on the phone
Closing sales on the phone and face-to-face
Welcoming customers into the showroom and delivering an exceptional buying experience
Building rapport quickly and confidently guiding customers through products
Using your sales skills to upsell and maximise opportunities
Representing the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity
75% of this role will be sales over the phone (answering enquiries etc) and 25% will be face-to-face in the showroom.
Customer service is at the heart of everything; youll be creating an experience, not just making a sale.

Working Hours:
Rota-based schedule youll choose 2 days per week youd prefer not to work
Monday to Saturday: 9am 6pm
Sunday: 11am 4pm
These can be adjusted over time the business is genuinely flexible and supportive

Were looking for someone who:
Has previous sales experience (any industry considered)
Preferable over the phone sales experience
Experience with face-to-face sales is a bonus but not essential
Is confident, friendly, and enjoys engaging with customers
Is enthusiastic about a long term and progressive career
Has a natural ability to build relationships and close sales
Brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team
