Outreach Support Worker - £13.50 per hour £60 per sleep-in Permanent Position (initially temp) Female applicants only - due to the needs of the people youll be supporting * Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding outreach role where every day makes a difference? Were looking for a female Outreach Support Worker to our client, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in the community. What youll be doing Youll provide 1:1 outreach support, helping people maintain independence, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful activities. Many of our service users are active and enjoy being out and about - walks, social activities, and community involvement are all part of the role. About you To be successful, you will need to be able to: ? Manage complex needs with confidence and compassion ? Support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues ? Work independently - experience in domiciliary care or lone working is highly desirable ? Drive and have access to your own car ? Communicate clearly in English - due to the needs of some service users ? Be comfortable supporting younger, active individuals What we offer ?? £13.50 per hour ?? £60 per sleep-in ??
