The Operator 1, Receiving Liquid is responsible to assist with all melting room operations, liquid loading and unloading and block receiving. SHIFT HOURS: Sunday Monday and Tuesday 7:00am - 7:15pm and Wednesday 7:00am - 1:15pm. Key Responsibilities
* Observe all safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements
* Assist in the unloading of tankers and running of ovens
* Re-melting of product
* Perform Visco/QA checks and sampling
* Staging and addition of rework material on the floor
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent with ability to follow both written and oral instructions.
* Math Skill required.
* One (1) year manufacturing experience, a plus
* Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
* Bend, squat, stretch and reach frequently
* Ability to climb stairs, often
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, often
* Comfortable working at heights
* Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility
* Noise level can exceed 0.85 decibels
