As the Ecommerce Executive at Claude & Co, you will own the day‑to‑day performance of our online store. You are the guardian of how the brand shows up digitally and how customers experience and shop our product online. You will manage the website as a commercial channel while working closely with creative, marketing and product teams to ensure everything is on‑brand, considered and built to convert. From product launches and emails to site performance and customer experience, you translate strong creative into a high‑performing ecommerce store.
Running the Online Store Day to Day
* Own the Shopify site; keep it running smoothly and looking its best.
* Upload and maintain products, pricing and collections.
* Write clear, on‑brand product descriptions.
* Ensure site navigation, merchandising and content are consistently polished and functional.
* Act as the digital shopkeeper, maintaining standards and spotting opportunities to improve store performance.
Launching Collections and Drops
* Plan and execute the online launch of new collections and product drops.
* Coordinate product pages, collections and homepage updates.
* Ensure launches go live smoothly and on time.
* Work with marketing to align email, site content and timing.
* Create a clear and compelling customer journey at launch.
* Make every launch feel intentional, well‑presented and commercially strong.
Driving Sales and Conversion
* Focus on turning traffic into sales and improving how customers shop the site.
* Improve site flow, usability and checkout experience.
* Test layouts, messaging and product positioning.
* Identify opportunities to increase conversion and average order value.
* Use apps and tools to optimise the shopping experience.
* Always think about what will help customers buy with confidence.
Working Closely With Creative
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the site reflects the brand and supports sales.
* Translate campaign imagery and concepts onto the website.
* Support product storytelling and brand voice online.
* Maintain strong visual standards on product and homepage content.
* Ensure creative direction works commercially on site.
* Bridge the gap between creative vision and ecommerce performance.
Email and Customer Retention
* Own email marketing as a core ecommerce revenue channel, driving traffic back to site and supporting conversion and retention.
* Plan and execute day‑to‑day campaigns in Klaviyo around launches, restocks and key trading moments.
* Build and optimise automated flows (abandoned cart, browse, post‑purchase).
* Manage the email calendar in line with site activity and trading priorities.
* Write clear, on‑brand copy that supports conversion.
* Segment audiences to improve performance.
* Monitor results and optimise for revenue and repeat purchase.
* Ensure email is fully aligned with onsite activity and contributes meaningfully to overall ecommerce performance.
Data and Performance Tracking
* Monitor performance and use insight to guide decisions.
* Track sales, conversion, bestsellers and customer behaviour.
* Share insights with merchandising and product teams.
* Support decisions around restocks and product focus.
* Identify what to promote, change or improve on‑site.
* Use data to inform action, not just reporting.
Customer Experience
* Care deeply about the end‑to‑end customer journey.
* Keep the online experience aligned with a premium brand feel.
* Support or feed into customer service where needed.
* Consider delivery, returns and site communication from a customer‑first perspective.
* Flag issues and opportunities to improve the experience.
* Help ensure shopping feels easy, thoughtful and considered.
Qualifications
* Experience in an ecommerce, digital or trading‑focused role within fashion, retail or DTC.
* Confident in managing a Shopify site day to day.
* Commercially minded with a clear understanding of conversion, customer journey and online trading principles.
* Comfortable interpreting ecommerce data, including sales performance, conversion, bestsellers and customer behaviour.
* Experience using insight to inform decisions around launches, promotions and site improvements.
* Strong attention to detail with a high standard for presentation and accuracy.
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Collaborative communicator who works well with creative, marketing and product teams.
* Proactive and solutions‑focused with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
* Comfortable working within a growing and evolving business.
