Cook and prepare breakfast for residents.All chefs should be capable of preparing, cooking and serving all consumables as required by Management whilst complying with policies on quality, quantity, food hygiene and portion control. Ability to work with the Management team to ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently and effectively. A chef’s role will have an essential part to contribute to our guest’s enjoyment of their stay. You will work with confidence and lead by example in the production of food and kitchen management.

Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience an advantage but training can be given.
