Course Summary
Interested in improving your linguistic skills and developing a greater understanding of how German speaking society has been shaped socially and culturally? German A-level is for you. German fosters a range of transferable skills including communication, critical thinking, research skills and creativity.
Course Details
You will study technological and social change, looking at the multicultural nature of German speaking society. You will study highlights of artistic culture including art and architecture and will learn how Germany's political landscape was formed. There are opportunities to take part in trips abroad and experience university lectures.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
100% Exam. The course is comprised of two written papers as well as a speaking exam based on an individual research project of your choice.
