Senior Surveyor to Senior Associate – Infrastructure Services - Market Harborough (Hybrid) - Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours) – Part-time & flexible hours considered, minimum 30 hours - £55,000
The Job:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Surveyor through to Senior Associate level professional to join the Infrastructure Services division. The role encompasses full lifecycle project management—from routing and planning through to construction and completion—along with the delivery of consultancy services such as benchmarking, procedural development and management systems support.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing infrastructure projects at local, regional and national scale
- Providing expert land consultancy services for maintenance programmes and new infrastructure installations
- Advising clients on landowner engagement and negotiation strategies
- Undertaking land referencing, statutory notice preparation, compensation negotiations and rights acquisition
- Liaising with landowners and managing public enquiries
- Supporting wider business projects across the division
- Preparing professional reports and updates for clients
- Mentoring and supporting graduates within the team

Our client is a respected provider of Infrastructure Services across the UK, supporting major projects that contribute to a sustainable and long-lasting national infrastructure network. Working across electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil and renewable energy, the business delivers high-quality consultancy, land services and project management expertise.
The Market Harborough office is a close-knit team of eight professionals, ranging from graduates to partners, offering services including large-diameter cross-country main optioneering, land acquisition, landowner consultation, statutory rights, compensation negotiation and liaison with clients, engineers and contractors.
The Candidate:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent IT proficiency
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Able to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
- Demonstrable experience building strong, long-term professional relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Package:
- Salary up to £55,000, dependent on experience

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
