We are looking for a recruiter who will be involved in recruiting high‑quality IT consultants. No prior IT experience is required; a comprehensive training programme will equip you with industry knowledge and skills.
What you will contribute
* Recruit top IT candidates and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
* Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the best opportunities.
* Evaluate candidates’ experience and potential through our screening process.
* Understand our clients’ business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to best match consultants’ career goals with hiring needs.
* Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for our clients’ needs.
