Site Engineer Manufacturing Full-Time – 40 hours per week We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a global manufacturer for an experienced site engineer to join the team. The role will be based near the Weymouth area. Key Responsibilities This role will see you responsible for learning and maintaining all site machinery carrying out preventative planned inspections, helping to identify potential faults on machinery and escalating where necessary. You will need to have the ability to diagnose minor faults when they occur and carry out remedial repairs. Carry out routine servicing on all site machinery whilst following and maintaining all maintenance procedures. Maintain plant inspections schedules adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Completion of any relevant documentation and reporting to keep logs updated. Learn to operate the automated gantry system and take responsibility for the smooth running of the system during discharges. The Ideal Candidate You will need a relevant qualification (BTech/C&G/NVQ or similar) or comparable work experience in mechanical and electrical engineering role, ideally with hydraulics with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
