DevOps Engineer
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 DOE

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving a cloud-native platform that’s revolutionizing data-driven solutions. You’ll be involved in strategic projects, including migrating to a multi-tenant Kubernetes architecture, implementing security best practices, and driving automation across the software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Contribute to the design and execution of Kubernetes migration for a scalable, multi-tenant architecture.
2. Support cloud infrastructure decisions and manage environments across GCP and DigitalOcean.
3. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools like GitHub Actions.
4. Manage infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and maintain operational scripts (Golang, Python).
5. Oversee secret management and ensure secure deployments into high-security client environments.
6. Maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and participate in on-call rotations.
What We’re Looking For
7. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and multi-cloud environments.
8. Strong proficiency in Linux, with some Windows Server knowledge.
9. Practical experience with IaC, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
10. Familiarity with secret management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
11. Solid scripting skills (Golang, Python) and database management (Postgres).
12. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
