Role: Condition Monitoring Engineer – Vibration Analysis Specialist

You’ll join a specialist reliability team that helps major industrial clients prevent breakdowns before they happen. Every day will bring something different, from diagnosing rotating equipment to shaping reliability strategies that make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
* Carrying out vibration analysis on rotating machinery to identify faults early
* Using condition monitoring tools such as ultrasound, thermography and oil analysis
* Developing and improving reliability programmes across client sites
* Producing clear, detailed reports and recommending corrective actions
* Working with maintenance and engineering teams to minimise downtime
* Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
* At least 3 years’ experience in vibration analysis
* Vibration certification (ISO Cat II or higher preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with monitoring tools and software such as Emerson, SKF or Pruftechnik
* Confident communicator who can explain technical results clearly
* Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) or equivalent hands-on experience
Nice to have
* Experience with other CBM techniques like thermography, ultrasound or motor current analysis
* Familiarity with CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo
* Background in sectors like heavy industry, energy, oil & gas or marine
