Mixed Tax Manager - Halesworth We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing accountancy practice seeking a Tax Manager to join their team in Halesworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a CTA-qualified professional (or someone with equivalent experience) to take ownership of a varied client portfolio while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm's tax offering. The Role As Tax Manager, you will provide expert tax advice to a range of clients, with a particular focus on owner-managed businesses. You will work closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions while supporting and developing junior members of the team. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of tax clients and acting as a trusted adviser Providing advice on Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax matters Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering effective solutions Managing and reviewing tax compliance work Supervising and mentoring junior team members Leading tax consultancy assignments and resolving complex technical issues Supporting business development and cross-selling initiatives Managing work in progress, billing and client service delivery About You The successful candidate will have: CTA qualification or equivalent tax experience Strong experience dealing with owner-managed business tax issues Sound technical knowledge across Income Tax, Corporation Tax, CGT and IHT Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach Previous experience managing or mentoring staff What's on Offer?
