We are now looking for an Administrator to join our team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business and helping to deliver an excellent service across internal departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and update reports, performance figures, and business information for internal and external use
* Manage and respond to customer queries, maintaining accurate records and tracking trends
* Support teams with updating documents, records, forms, and business information
* Help prepare and format internal and external presentations and reports
* Attend meetings and contribute to effective cross-department communication
* Assist with document reviews, updates, and version control
* Support projects, audits, and continuous improvement activities
* Provide general administrative support across the wider business
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role would be advantageous
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with documents, data, and people across different teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* A proactive mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
