Leadership & Organisational Development Partner

About The Role

This role exists to design and deliver tailored leadership and organisational development solutions that address complex business challenges. The successful candidate will act as a strategic consultant, diagnosing leadership, team and cultural dynamics, and crafting agreed evidence-based solutions that drive meaningful change and organisational performance.

The role will be based in Exeter or Bristol, with occasional travel to other sites. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical thinking, facilitation expertise and an understanding of organisational psychology.


What You'll Be Doing:

* Organisational Diagnosis and Insight: conduct analysis to identify leadership, team, and cultural challenges and translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Solution Design and Delivery: design bespoke leadership and team effectiveness solutions and programmes and facilitate high-impact sessions with mid and senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: build strong relationships across business units and functions and partner with HR Business Partners to co-create and deploy solutions.
* Capability Building and Cultural Impact: support leadership pipeline development and succession planning, embed development solutions into business rhythms and talent pipelines, and promote inclusive leadership and psychological safety across teams.


What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in learning development and organisational consulting.
* Strong facilitation skills with mid and senior leaders.
* Deep understanding of emotional intelligence and behaviour.
* Skilled in applying psychometric instruments to development and coaching.
* Ability to diagnose complex challenges and translate them into solutions.
* Desired Qualifications: degree or equivalent in Organisational or Business Psychology, accredited in psychometric instruments, coaching qualification or experience in executive coaching.
