The Opportunity
In a rapidly evolving marketplace, Arup’s Marketing, Communications, and Business Development (MCBD) team plays a vital role in building our brand, deepening client relationships, winning quality work, and attracting top talent. We’re looking for a dynamic Services MCBD Coordinator to join our UKIMEA team and help deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives that support our strategic market and client ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support implementation of regional marketing and communications plans
2. Coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns including web, social media, email, and events
3. Liaise with country and office-based MCBD teams to align activities
4. Assist with internal communications related to MCBD initiatives
5. Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports
6. Support high-priority client events (virtual and in-person)
7. Manage logistics including suppliers, venues, and speaker coordination
8. Promote Arup’s award wins and project stories across platforms
9. Maintain campaign and event calendars and sales support materials
10. Conduct desktop research and prepare market trend reports
Qualifications & Experience
11. Experience of working in a professional/business setting
12. Strong writing and editing skills
13. Experience creating content for social media, websites, and email campaigns
14. Proven event coordination experience
Desirable Skills
15. Understanding of the built environment and design/engineering sectors
16. Familiarity with CRM systems and platforms like Marketo
17. Membership in a relevant professional body
18. Active in professional networks and industry best practices
