SENDCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) – Secondary School – Redbridge, East London – Interim (Summer Term)
Are you an experienced and dedicated SENDCo looking for an exciting interim opportunity in Redbridge, East London? We are working with a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school seeking a skilled professional to lead SEND provision for the Summer Term in the first instance.

The Role – SENDCo
* Lead and manage the school’s SEND provision across KS3–KS5
* Develop and implement effective EHCP strategies and interventions
* Work closely with SLT, teachers, parents, and external agencies
* Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice
* Monitor progress and attainment of students with additional needs
* Support staff with strategies for inclusive teaching and learning
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or working towards
* Proven experience as a SENDCo or senior SEND leader in a UK school
* Strong knowledge of EHCP processes and statutory requirements
* Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
