Field Sales Representative (Coffee Solutions)

AtCaffeine Ltd, we deliver full turnkey coffee solutions from machines to beans, service, training, and support. We work with cafés, restaurants, offices, and hospitality venues across the UK, building long-term partnerships based on quality and trust.
We’re looking for adriven field salespersonwho can win new business, grow existing accounts, and deliver complete coffee solutions to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing a portfolio of clients across hospitality and workplace sectors.
* Upselling existing customers into full coffee + machine + service packages.
* Selling coffee, consumables, commercial coffee machines, and maintenance contracts.
* Following up on inbound leads and developing new opportunities.
* Building strong relationships and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
* Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* Collaborating with marketing, operations, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Ahungry, self-motivated salespersonwho loves being out meeting people.
* Proven sales experience (any industry) or a clear record of success in customer-facing roles.
* Confident, resilient, and goal-driven.
* Skilled at upselling, cross-selling, and creating value for customers.
* Interest in coffee, hospitality, or B2B sales is a big plus.
* Comfortable with both inbound leads and cold outreach.
* Willing to travel and manage your own schedule.
