Social Media Marketing Assistant Role
This role involves managing all social media channels, planning and creating trend-led content, and having confidence in makeup skills.
The successful candidate will also assist in day-to-day community management, outreach to other brands for partnerships, and collaborate with the marketing team to build social trend reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Experience using Adobe suite is preferred, but not required. You will also need to have a strong understanding of social media channels and the ability to create highly engaging content.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in management of all social media channels
* Plan, create and schedule trend-led still and video content
* Have confidence in makeup skills and the ability to create content effortlessly
* Day-to-day community management and customer service queries
* Own and manage media room at HQ, planning monthly in-house influencer content days
* Regular weekly gifting of PR boxes to influencers
* Outreach to other brands to establish partnerships through social
* Proactively communicate with internal sales and product teams
* Attend all shoots and events to take BTS content
* Assist Marketing Manager in reporting of social and influencer activity
* Work with marketing team to manage PR agency
* Monitor PR coverage and communicate to wider business
* Collaborate with marketing team to build social trend reports
* Deliver brand TikTok lives
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in any Marketing preferred
* Previous Marketing Experience would be preferred
* Previous experience in using platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, Word, Excel, Google Forms, video editing platforms such as CapCut
* Understanding and working knowledge of all relevant social media channels
* TikTok obsessed – you'll know all the latest trends and be able to create reactive content that resonates with our audience
* Strong creative skills, and ability to create highly engaging still and video content
* An eye for photography, able to shoot and edit content. Experience using Adobe suite preferred
