What You\'ll Be Doing
* Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the team
* Assisting with accounts tasks and financial administration
* Preparing documents, reports, and brochures
* Keeping property portals updated and records neatly organised
* Answering calls and emails, offering a friendly and professional first point of contact
* Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Maintaining both digital and paper filing systems
* Helping with marketing materials and team coordination
What We\'re Looking For
* Previous experience in a senior administrative role within a professional setting
* Confident IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A friendly and professional telephone manner
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage your own workload
