A large public sector organisation based in Ballymena are recruiting for a temporary Corporate Support Services Officer.
Your new role
You will provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of corporate processes andpliance with policy and legislative duties.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing and inputting data accurately into systems
2. Managing queries from internal and external stakeholders
3. Preparing reports, letters, and presentations for management
4. Organising meetings and taking minutes
5. Maintaining effective records management systems in line with GDPR
6. Supporting financial processes including monitoring and reporting
Flexibility is key, as you may work across different functional areas to meet organisational needs.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent At least 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment to include at least 4 of the following:
7. Maintaining filing systems and records
8. Note/Minute taking
9. Diary management
10. Ability to deal effectively withpeting demands by prioritising work tasks
11. Managing emails
12. Dealing and responding to internal and external customer queries.
13. Use of Microsoft packages
14. Use of financial accounting software
15. Processing, managing, or calculating payments
Alternatively, if you do not have 5 GCSEs you should demonstrate 4 years’ experience to include a qualification in English Language and Maths. A full UK driving licence and access to transport
