About the Role
Bransley Day Nursery and Preschool, located in Bromley, Kent, is looking for a full‑time Level 3 qualified Practitioner. Salary ranges from £31,158 to £36,649 per annum, depending on qualification and experience.
Responsibilities
* Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
* Provide a safe environment that fosters freedom of expression and learning.
Qualifications and Experience
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/caregivers.
Shift Options
* 40 hours over 4 or 5 days.
* 24 hours over 3 days.
* 16 hours over 2 days.
* Subject to T&Cs.
