Job Summary
As a Senior Support Worker, you will support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently and receive the care they need in their own homes. You will also provide guidance, leadership, and day‑to‑day support to Support Workers.
You will act as a Key Worker, supporting individuals through assessment, care planning, reviews, and therapeutic activities. You will ensure that care and support plans are accurate, up to date, and truly person‑centred.
You will work with a variety of people with differing needs, including providing support with personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and domestic tasks. Every day will be different – we look for someone who can think on their feet and respond effectively to individual needs. Patience and a good sense of humour are essential qualities for this role. Previous Support Worker experience is essential, as you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values‑based support is delivered to the highest standard.
Qualifications & Requirements
Car driver or access to own transport is essential for this role.
