Promote a love of reading, writing, and effective communication within a creative and inclusive classroom setting. Promote high standards of achievement through effective classroom management. Contribute to the ongoing development of the English department. Uphold high expectations for behaviour, learning, and academic success. Teacher of English Requirements: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a Degree in English. A proven ability to motivate and challenge students. Strong classroom management skills and a passion for education. Have a proven track record of improving attainment levels at GCSE for English Literature and Language. Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS, registered on the update service, or be willing to obtain one through GSL Education.
