The Role: In this fully employed position our Partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support: Not self‑employed, Partners receive learning and development support, local property centre assistance, industry‑leading technology and marketing to raise their brand awareness.
