Head of HR & Training Location: Cheadle (with regional travel) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday - OFFICE BASED due to nature of the role We're working with a values-led organisation in the care and education sector to find a strategic Head of HR and Training. This is a key leadership role driving people strategy, compliance, and workforce development in a trauma-informed environment.
