What you'll recruit & develop:
You'll specialise across a blend of white- and blue‑collar engineering roles, including:
Production & Operations
CNC & Manufacturing
Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
Design, Development & R\&D
Maintenance, HSE & Field Service
Your role & impact:
Drive Growth; Expand Reed's engineering presence across permanent, contract and interim markets.
Strategic Sales: Work to KPIs centred on quality, service, and long‑term client partnerships.
Win New Business: Use your engineering market knowledge to secure clients, nurture relationships and build market share.
What you MUST bring:
Proven experience in Engineering or Technical Recruitment (essential – applications without this cannot be considered)
Strong track record in sales, business development and winning long‑term clients
Ambition to step into leadership and develop others
UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (regular client visits across the Midlands)
We're open to recruiters from various engineering verticals, including automotive, aerospace, robotics, machinery, metal, fabrication or production, or other technically complex markets.
