This hybrid role offers the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and market insight in a commercially focused environment, working collaboratively from home and our South Molton office. What you’ll be doing: Lead product strategy and category planning in line with business goals Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns and pricing strategies Conduct market research, competitor analysis and bring new opportunities to life Influence product positioning and lifecycle decisions to drive margin and performance What we’re looking for: A strong farming or agricultural background – ideally with nutrition or technical product knowledge Proven experience managing margins and P&L Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strategic thinking with operational awareness Confident decision-maker with a flexible, collaborative approach Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and use IT tools effectively A genuine passion for supporting UK agriculture and working within a values-led organisation Why join us?
