What You'll Do
This isn't just another sales role. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, combining sales acumen with operational know-how to make things happen.
Sales & Growth
* Drive revenue growth by developing and executing smart sales strategies
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market exploration
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunities and wins
* Present impactful proposals that clearly demonstrate value
Client Relationships
* Forge and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing us at industry events and networking opportunities
Marketing & Outreach
* Generate and follow up leads through proactive engagement with new and existing customers
* Collaborate on marketing initiatives to maximise sales reach
Operations & Support
* Manage CRM systems, quotations, invoicing, and supplier coordination
* Ensure smooth operational flow from enquiry to delivery
* Provide feedback and ideas to streamline processes
Who You Are
We're looking for someone with:
* A proactive, results-driven mindset and a genuine hunger for success
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
* Adaptability to thrive in a target-driven, high-energy environment
Preferred Background
* 4+ years' experience in sales or business development
* Confident working with CRM systems and sales processes
* Full UK driving licence
* GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science Grade 4/5 or above are required
