What you will be doing
as Head of Regulatory and Market Economics
1. Lead economic strategy for the 2029 price review and beyond.
2. Inspire and develop a team of analysts to deliver influential advice.
3. Represent senior leadership, deputising for the Director of Economic Regulation.
4. Shape regulatory responses, drafting papers for the Executive and Board.
5. Build external networks to influence regulation for the benefit of society.
6. Extend economic expertise across the business, driving innovation and impact.

What you should bring to the role
7. A degree in a highly analytical subject is beneficial.
8. You will be an expert in the technical economic aspects of Water regulation with a strong understanding of the principles of regulatory economics, particularly risks and return.
9. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
10. Exceptional communication and influencing ability.
11. Track record of delivering complex projects and quality outcomes.
