Finance Manager Hays Senior Finance are seeking a proven Finance Manager to join a leading manufacturing business based near Bangor. The company is part of a dynamic and growing UK group with multiple operating businesses and a combined turnover exceeding £200 million. As Site Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing all financial aspects of the site, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and strategic support to the site leadership team. This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence operational decisions through financial insight. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of site financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with group financial policies and statutory requirements. Partner with operational teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability. Lead and develop the site finance team. Provide timely and accurate management information to support decision-making. About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) ideally with experience in manufacturing or FMCG. Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
