* Qualified staff (Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent and above): Earn a £300 joining bonus after working 10 shifts with us.
* Non-qualified staff: We still want you! Bring your caring and supportive approach and gain valuable experience working with children in care.

We work with a wide range of clients from small independent providers to large multinational groups, and Local Authorities. Providing them with residential childcare staff who have the necessary skills and experiences to care for children.
Job Title: Residential Support Worker

* Assisting with daily activities such as meals, education, and leisure

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in care or in a similar setting
* Understanding of child development and the impact of trauma on children
* Ability to communicate effectively with children and young people
* Willingness to travel to various children's homes
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
