Job Title: Assistant Aftersales Manager - Audi Tunbridge Wells
Location: Audi Tunbridge Wells
Hours: 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Salary: Competitive Basic plus an uncapped OTE Bonus Scheme + Company Car

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Audi dealership in Tunbridge Wells. This full-time, permanent role offers an excellent career path within a leading automotive retail group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the service team, ensuring adequate resourcing.
2. Drive a high-performance culture, rewarding achievements and managing underperformance.
3. Oversee the service division, managing resources and productivity.
4. Produce accurate store reports in line with group frameworks.
5. Support the store in achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
6. Ensure compliance with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience and Attributes:
1. Previous service leadership experience; manufacturer experience is beneficial but not essential.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Professional, calm demeanor with stakeholder management skills.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
