JOB TITLE: Assets Officer POST: Reserve list for the Derry~Londonderry, Belfast & Dungannon offices (Full-time/Part-time/Temporary/Permanent roles) We currently follow a hybrid working model applicable after 12 weeks of employment. Essential Criteria Third level qualification (i.e. post-secondary/higher education or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction/property maintenance subject. AND 2 year's relevant experience (within the last 7 years) OR Relevant level 3 qualification or equivalent AND 3 year's relevant experience (within the last 7 years) This is a regulated post and will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check.
