Why this role matters:
We are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join our established Finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership and optimisation of month-end close processes, including timely reporting
Preparation of management accounts and three-statement financial models
Cash flow forecasting and variance analysis (budget vs actuals and forecasts)
Monitoring departmental and project spend, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
Financial performance analysis with clear commentary and recommendations
Supporting cost control initiatives and identifying efficiency opportunities
Maintenance of financial records and support during audits
Implementation and maintenance of corporate governance procedures
Risk management and strengthening of internal controls
Supervision and support of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities
Nominal ledger mapping, GRNI clean-up, and process optimisation
Preparation and processing of electronic batch payments
Ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required

Experience & Qualifications
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within an eCommerce or consumer brand environment
Strong systems experience; NetSuite experience highly advantageous
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience desirable
Experience working with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage, or Xero
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills
