Pay: £100 – £130 per day

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Woking area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers or experienced support staff looking for flexible or long-term work in education.
You’ll help maintain continuity of learning while developing your classroom management and behaviour support skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supervising lessons using pre-prepared resources
• Managing classroom behaviour and engagement
• Supporting students across a range of subjects
• Delivering instructions clearly and confidently
• Maintaining a calm and purposeful learning environment
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Upholding safeguarding and behaviour policies

• Degree or relevant experience desirable
• Confident communication and classroom presence
• Calm and professional approach
• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
