Responsibilities
* Daily Management of shift.
* Administrative management of associates.
* Job allocation to associates.
* Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
* Tracking and reporting of labor hours.
* Tracking and feedback of associate performance.
* Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues.
* Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
* Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
* Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective workstations daily.
* Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity.
* Stand-in for Operations Manager.
Who You Are
* Education is high school or equivalent.
* 1+ year of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
* Can lift 25 kilograms, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
