We're looking for a Planner to join our North West Region team based in Salford/Speke offices.
Location: Salford or Speke office - Hybrid working between selected office, project site and home
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a construction Planner you'll play a vital role supporting our team in delivering exceptional projects for public sector clients, including schools, hospitals, leisure facilities, and higher education estates. Working on projects valued between £10M and £100M, you'll provide strategic planning expertise from tender stage through to successful completion, making a real difference to the communities we serve.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Construction Planner, you'll be working within the North West Region team, supporting them in delivering key community assets. Your day to day will include:
* Collaborating with bid teams on live tenders to provide strategic planning advice and contribute to successful bid strategies
* Creating accurate, achievable tender programmes and construction plans, identifying opportunities and risks throughout project lifecycles
* Monitoring complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs
* Chairing and facilitating programme, logistics, and delivery workshops with project teams and stakeholders
* Mentoring and developing junior staff through knowledge sharing and providing subject matter expertise
What are we looking for?
This role Planner is great for you if:
* You have demonstrable experience working on build tenders and live projects within a construction main contractor environment
* You possess strong knowledge of NEC and JCT Contract Conditions alongside good construction technical knowledge
* You are a comfortable user of Asta Power Project and/or Primavera P6 planning software
* You have excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively across teams in an advisory capacity
* You hold a relevant construction or engineering qualification (HND Level minimum) and a Full driving licence
