Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in a Senior Infrastructure Engineer or similar role within complex IT environments. Advanced knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and core infrastructure services. Strong hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Deep expertise in networking, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting of firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols, and network security principles. Solid experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, including hybrid network integrations. Experience implementing and supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions in enterprise environments. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues under pressure. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or VMware are highly desirable. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain server, network, and storage solutions for clients. Provide 3rd line support and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Manage cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure.
