Your role will include:• Conducting background research in metacognition and related cognitive sciences.• Performing data analysis to support evidence-based product and service development.• Contributing to the design of innovative tools and interventions to improve leadership mindsets.• Work is generally remote, although there will be opportunities to collaborate in person when necessary.Ideal Candidate• Holds advanced expertise (MSc or PhD preferred) in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, behavioural science, or a related field.• Demonstrates strong analytical and research skills, with proven experience in data interpretation and application.• Has a passion for applying scientific insights to practical, real-world leadership challenges.• Is self-driven, collaborative, and enthusiastic about exploring new approaches to enhance human wellbeing and performance.CompensationProject fees are competitive and commensurate with your expertise, experience, and the specific nature of assignments.
