Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Papa Johns Manager, where your leadership skills will ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service and great-tasting pizza. As the Papa Johns Manager, you'll lead an energetic F&B team, providing clear direction and motivation. You'll inspire your team to meet their goals and uphold high standards through hands-on management, performance feedback, and development support.
Your responsibilities include managing resources such as budgets and tools, enhancing guest experiences, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining brand standards. Key responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
* Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct reviews.
* Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources for efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Resolve operational issues promptly.
* Support team development through ongoing training and mentoring.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager in a fast-food chain, or similar management role in food service.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
* Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in budgeting and financial management.
