As a Yard Controller, you bring our award-winning service directly to our customers’ door and bring to life the Northgate experience. No previous experience is necessary; just a ‘can-do’ attitude, confidence to deliver excellent service with a smile, and a full UK or EU driving licence.
Our Glasgow branch is a large, high-profile site providing maintenance, servicing, and warranty work for a fleet of approximately 2,500 vehicles, and is one of the busiest workshops in the country. It also supports around 2,000 additional vehicles from nearby branches.

It features a state-of-the-art facility with 9 ramps for efficient operations, and hosts Auxillis, offering comprehensive vehicle hire and accident management services under one roof.

As a Yard Controller, you are often the face of Northgate for our customers and play an essential role in delivering first-class experiences. You will support rentals and the workshop, ensure the site is clean, safe, and secure, and deliver vehicles during busy periods. Your friendly approach, attention to detail, and ability to explain vehicle and documents clearly will make a significant difference and help reduce financial risks for the business.
