Your new role
As a Personal Assistant within an executive team, you will provide effective and efficient support to senior stakeholders. You will schedule meetings and events, manage agendas, papers, reports, and presentations whilst building and maintaining relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. You will support and deputise for senior management. This role is to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within a corporate environment. This is an immediate start temporary to permanent opportunity.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will thrive in a corporate setting, supporting internal senior management, including Chief Exec, with the planning, prioritising, and management of a varied workload. You will manage key projects that support the work of management and the wider team. You must have excellent organisational and time-management skills, strongmunication and interpersonal abilities. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will be professional, approachable and efficient.
