* Order entry

* Communicating with customers effectively
* Logging and distributing customer enquiries from telephone and email
* Filing digitally and physically
* Communicating openly and cooperatively with the team
About You
* Computer literate
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Previous experience in a similar office based role
* Previous experience of Salesforce is an advantage
