Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a regional Legal 500 law firm who are looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team in Shrewsbury.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Support the team in handling high-value deputyships and private trust matters, always prioritising clients' needs.
* Draft and file different types of applications with the Court of Protection.
* Assist with property acquisitions and modifications to suit clients' requirements, collaborating with surveyors, architects, and other professionals.
* Oversee clients' financial plans and track investments.
The successful candidate:
* NQ-2 years PQE.
* Strong knowledge of Court of Protection law.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
* A proactive and client-focused approach.
