The opportunity:
1. We are looking for people with deep financial services and consulting experience in the following domains:
2. Transformation including technology and business transformation covering functional areas or domains
3. Operating model, strategy, operational excellence, customer and operations, process mapping, business and personal banking innovation and growth
4. Technology, core banking transformation, data governance, programme delivery, business analysis, change management
5. Specialist areas such as Financial crime, payments, open banking, product, actuarial (life and general)
6. Risk, regulation, controls, operational risk and remediation including customer outcomes
7. Financial risk, prudential, treasury
About you:
8. You will have deep experience in financial services and will be excited about joining a consulting practice with a strong brand permission in FS based on a commitment to client outcomes, long term relationships and subject matter expertise. You are likely to have the following skill sets and experience:
9. Strong technical capabilities with deep financial services industry or regulator experience. Ideally 6+ years of relevant applied consulting and industry experience
10. Excellent relationship-based business development skills, be well networked and build strong relationships
11. Strong communication skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with senior people in a fast-moving sector. You will have the ability to offer practical advice and execute strong delivery
12. Deep expertise and a strong reputation in your field, and will be excited about bringing that knowledge to a new market and expanding into new areas
13. Good knowledge of best practice both globally and locally, an ability to think strategically and a motivation to learn and connect to topical and future sector thinking
14. Strong values and be an experienced people leader who is motivated by the success of your team and enthusiastic about delivering great client outcomes
