SEN Teacher - September Start - LincolnAre you an experienced SEN Teacher passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of young people with complex needs?We are working with a well-established specialist school in Lincoln that provides outstanding education and care for children and young people with autism, learning difficulties, challenging behaviours, and complex medical needs. The school offers a nurturing and structured environment with tailored learning programmes, therapy integration, and a strong focus on life skills and personal development.This is a full-time position starting in September, offering the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated and highly skilled multidisciplinary team. The school takes pride in its personalised approach and small class sizes, ensuring every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with varied and complex SEN
* Managing challenging behaviour using therapeutic and positive behaviour strategies
* Planning and assessing against EHCP targets and individual learning goals
* Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic care
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
* Proven experience working with pupils with special educational needs, ideally including autism, SEMH, and/or complex learning difficulties
* A creative, calm, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
